    Conférence

In commemoration of Earth Day which is on 22nd April 2019, we would like to cordially invite our alumni to join in this exclusive event at the French Embassy in New Delhi to hear a panel discussion on the topic of Sustainability.

We would also like to thank the French Embassy for supporting this event. With around 7500 Indian students choosing France to pursue higher education last year, this kind gesture from the French Embassy also goes to show the growing bilateral educational cooperation between India and France.

Three of our ESSEC Alumni will be involved in the panel discussion on this topic:

  • Mr. Durgesh Maru (ESSEC Alumni 2011-14): Director of SunInfra Energies Pvt Ltd.
    The company has emerged as one of the well-established cleantech ventures focused on the execution of Solar Panel projects;
  • Ms. Ranjita Ravi (ESSEC Alumni 2010-13), Director for Orxa Energies.
    The company deals with high performance Electric Vehicles and Battery Solutions.
  • Mr. Padmanabhan Balakrishnan (ESSEC Alumni 2008-10), Co-Founder of Vogo.in.
    The company deals with the rental of scooters in Bangalore & Hyderabad

Do take this opportunity to hear our alumni panelists, as well as network with our alumni here in India.

At the event, you will also have the opportunity to network with students who are studying in ESSEC, especially those from the Urban Economics Chair of the Cergy campus.  Unique among major schools of management, the ESSEC Urban Economics Chair has been educating second and third-year students for over 25 years on the complex issues and value systems that surround the management of cities and territories. Focusing on both the public and the private, chair graduates are given the tools to promote economic development but also balance social, environmental and urban planning and launch careers as the managers of territorial corporate partners and executives of local bodies and their satellites.
